01What you cannot ship
You may not post or accept a load that contains:
- illegal goods or goods you do not have the right to ship;
- controlled substances, unless the shipper and driver are both authorised to handle them and the load is lawful;
- weapons, ammunition or explosives;
- hazardous or flammable materials, radioactive material, or anything that needs a hazardous-materials permit;
- live animals, human remains or organs for transplant, or biological samples that need specialist transport that the driver is not qualified to provide;
- cash, negotiable instruments or goods of extraordinary value that cannot be insured;
- counterfeit, stolen or recalled goods;
- anything that would put the driver or the public at risk.
02Medical freight
Medical loads, such as lab specimens, pharmacy orders and supplies, must be packaged, labelled and documented as the law and the receiving facility require. Shippers must state temperature or handling needs on the load. Do not include patient-identifying information in load titles or descriptions beyond what is strictly needed to complete the delivery.
03Accounts and honesty
Use your real identity, vehicle and credentials. Do not create duplicate or fake accounts, impersonate others, or sell or share an account or TAM-ID. Do not submit forged or reused delivery photos or signatures.
04The platform
Do not scrape, probe, overload or attempt to breach the Service, bypass its controls, or interfere with its payments or verification. Do not use it to harass or threaten anyone, send spam, or break any law.
05Enforcement
We may remove loads, withhold funds, suspend or close accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. If you see something that breaks this policy, tell us at support@tamfreight.com or through the support desk.
